I read about five books a month so it's tough to narrow it down. Love Maya Angelou, Barbara Kingsolver, Ken Follett to name just a few authors.

I moved to Tucson in January of junior year and was really upset to not graduate with my class. I did have some great music opportunities there, however, and toured most of my senior year with a small singing group. I moved to Portland, OR in 1966 and have been here ever since. In 1966 I joined Southern Pacific RR and worked in the PR department most of my time there. I left there in 1987 to finally attend college for four years. After graduating from Portland State U. I was hired by the county as a case manager for elderly and disabled persons. I loved that job but was glad to retire in 2007. I'm now filling my days with grandchildren, gardening, genealogy, music and social activism. Life is good.
